1.處理風(fēng)量(Q)

合理的選擇處理風(fēng)量常常是根據(jù)工藝情況和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來決定的。所以我們要選擇對此工況比較熟悉了解以及有著多年豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)的廠家。

(1)根據(jù)風(fēng)量設(shè)計(jì)或選擇袋式除塵器時,一般不能使除塵器在超過規(guī)定風(fēng)量的情況下運(yùn)行,否則,濾袋容易堵塞,壽命縮短,壓力損失大幅度上升,除塵效率也要降低;

(1)其腐蝕性和磨損量可以認(rèn)為與含塵濃度成正比

(2)入口濃度增大,同一過濾面積上積灰速度快,壓力損失隨之增加,結(jié)果是不得不增加清灰次數(shù)。

3.出口濃度。

袋式除塵器的出口濃度一般排放濃度都能達(dá)到50 g/Nm3以下,甚可以達(dá)到30 g/Nm3,能很好的達(dá)到的排放濃度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

4.使用溫度。

對袋式除塵器來說,使用溫度與除塵效率關(guān)系并不明顯。

(1)由于玻纖濾料的大量選用,其高使用溫度可達(dá)280℃,對高于這一溫度的氣體必須采取降溫措施。

(2)對低于露點(diǎn)溫度的氣體必須采取提溫措施。

一般情況下,袋式除塵器過濾面積確定了,那么其處理風(fēng)量的大小就取決于過濾速度的選定,公式為: Q = v × s × 60 (m3/h) 式中: Q — 處理風(fēng)量 v — 過濾風(fēng)速(m/min) s — 總過濾面積(m2) 注明: 過濾面積(m2)=處理風(fēng)量(m3/h)/(過濾速度(m/min)x60)
