一、輸送管道連接松動

輸送管道連接采用活動卡箍固定,經(jīng)過一段時間的使用后,管道卡箍可能會松動,影響上料機正常的工作。應排查從吸料端到設備之間所有的活動卡箍,發(fā)現(xiàn)有松動接口后重新擰緊。
The connection of the conveying pipeline is fixed with movable clamps. After a period of use, the clamps may become loose and affect the normal operation of the feeding machine. All movable clamps from the suction end to the equipment should be inspected, and any loose interfaces should be re tightened.
二、管道內(nèi)的剩料過多
2、 Excessive residual material in the pipeline
管道的剩料一般為上一次上料沒有清理完的物料,這些物料靜置后會產(chǎn)生架橋容易堵塞管道。當物料通過無塵投料站投料完成后,等待物料完全抽干凈以后,再關閉真空上料機控制開關。
The remaining materials in the pipeline are generally materials that were not cleaned up in the previous feeding, and these materials may cause bridging and easily block the pipeline after being left standing. After the material is fed through the dust-free feeding station, wait for the material to be completely drained before turning off the control switch of the vacuum feeding machine.
三、真空上料機過淲裝置堵塞
3、 Blockage of the vacuum feeding machine overload device
真空上料機不上料時,應排查設備的過濾系統(tǒng)是否被堵塞。發(fā)現(xiàn)堵塞時應及時分析原因,堵塞的大部分因素是粉料太細,過濾系統(tǒng)不能滿足粉料過濾要求,更換合適的過濾器即可。
When the vacuum feeding machine is not feeding, the filtration system of the equipment should be checked for blockage. When blockages are found, the cause should be analyzed in a timely manner. Most of the factors causing blockages are that the powder is too fine and the filtration system cannot meet the requirements for powder filtration. Simply replace the appropriate filter.
四、反吹自清理系統(tǒng)故障
4、 Fault in the backwash self-cleaning system
反吹自清理系統(tǒng)在設備下料時工作,它的作用是設備下料時將過濾裝置進行自清理,如果發(fā)現(xiàn)不工作,排查系統(tǒng)硬件是否損壞并及時更換即可。
The backwash self-cleaning system works during equipment unloading. Its function is to self-cleaning the filtering device during equipment unloading. If it is found to be not working, the system hardware should be checked for damage and replaced in a timely manner.
五、真空上料機的真空源壓力不足
5、 Insufficient vacuum source pressure of vacuum feeding machine
真空源壓力不足原因是一臺真空泵供多臺設備使用,而上料機的壓力達不到,就會產(chǎn)生不上料的情況,此時應等待其它設備工作完成,或者啟動多臺真空泵同時工作,達到指定的真空壓力。
The reason for insufficient vacuum source pressure is that one vacuum pump is used by multiple devices, and if the pressure of the feeding machine cannot be reached, it will cause a situation of not feeding. At this time, it is necessary to wait for the completion of other equipment work, or start multiple vacuum pumps to work simultaneously to reach the specified vacuum pressure.
