羅茨鼓風機入口產(chǎn)生負壓的原因及預防措施：

羅茨鼓風機出現(xiàn)負壓時，應針對其原因分別采取措施進行處理。應適當減少氣量，以免高壓機入口抽成負壓，造成惡性事故，然后查明原因，分別處理，待處理正常后再加負荷。將氣量減少低程度，必然時緊急停車，待煤氣系統(tǒng)處理正常，氣框有上升趨勢時，交換系統(tǒng)應爭取時間開車。

1.葉片凹凸不平

羅茨鼓風機拆下進口消音器，如果我們發(fā)現(xiàn)葉片凹凸不平，這種磨損是回體顆粒導致的，輸送的氣體中，如果存在大顆粒物質(zhì)，便會對羅茨鼓風機葉輪產(chǎn)生沖擊，造成葉片的磨損。

2.葉輪存在裂紋

如果葉片上存在裂紋或者存在一定鐵屑脫落，這是由風機長期運行導致的，也可能與鑄件的質(zhì)量有關(guān)，屬于風機疲勞應力損傷。

3.葉片存在條紋劃痕

出現(xiàn)條紋劃痕，可能是由風機吸入的固體顆粒導致的，也可能是葉輪之間存在了嚴重的相互摩擦引起的擦傷，如果是葉片相互摩擦，風機會存在異響的情況，要判斷是否是葉輪相互摩擦，還需要對風機進行拆卸，具體檢查。
