真空上料機是根據(jù)物料的輸送量，匹配相應(yīng)規(guī)格的氣源壓力、倉泵和管道尺寸，可自動將各種物料輸送到包裝機、注塑機、破碎機的料斗中，傳統(tǒng)人工上料的不足，也了給料過程中粉料溢出的問題，如果在生產(chǎn)中遇到吸力不足的情況，可以通過以下方式加以。

一、管道檢查

造成真空上料機吸力小的管路難題，可能是由于電焊焊接難題導(dǎo)致的管道毀壞，或者是料管被塊狀物料阻塞，難題關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)生在真空上料機的入料口出及其管路的相接處，因此可以通過管道的檢查來排除這一故障。

二、過濾裝置檢查

檢查真空上料機過濾芯是不否被阻塞，過濾芯歸屬于易耗品，在應(yīng)用的全過程中，直徑會伴隨著使用年限慢慢被阻塞，過濾芯如若發(fā)生堵塞，應(yīng)拆裝超聲清洗三十分鐘或立即拆換，以保證真空上料機的正常運轉(zhuǎn)。

在長時間的應(yīng)用中，應(yīng)按時檢查真空上料機各閘閥的密封性是否符合規(guī)定，檢查閘閥的密封環(huán)是否磨壞。閘閥的密封性問題，會導(dǎo)致真空上料機的真空值損害，導(dǎo)致吸力不足的問題，而且在各種嚴苛的自然環(huán)境下更應(yīng)重視按時維修。

The sealing problem of gate valves can cause damage to the vacuum value of the vacuum feeder, resulting in insufficient suction, and timely maintenance should be emphasized in various harsh natural environments.
