一般情況下旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器與料封泵的氣源均為羅茨風(fēng)機(jī)。所以輸送量是差不多的。旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器的輸送距離距離為45-75m，遠(yuǎn)距離為300m。料封泵輸送距離約為30-500m。

05輸送速度

旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器為稀相輸送，輸送速度比料封泵更快一點(diǎn)。旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器對(duì)管道的磨損要比料封泵稍大，但是差別不大。

The rotary feeder is used for dilute phase conveying, and the conveying speed is slightly faster than the material seal pump. The wear of the rotating feeder on the pipeline is slightly greater than that of the material seal pump, but the difference is not significant.

旋轉(zhuǎn)供料器可以多個(gè)下料口共管。料封泵一般不能多泵共管,只能一臺(tái)泵一根輸送管,當(dāng)有多個(gè)下料口時(shí)管道布置復(fù)雜。
