The dusty gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is trapped on the bag surface. The clean gas is then transported to the clean gas chamber through the bag mouth and discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases from time to time, the dust removal control device starts working and opens the pulse valves one by one, causing compressed air to pass through the nozzle and stop spraying clean dust on the filter bag, causing the filter bag to suddenly shrink. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve. When high-speed jet airflow passes through the top of the filter bag, it blows towards the inside of the filter bag, forming an air wave that causes the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate from top to bottom, producing a powerful effect on dust removal. The pulse cleaning effect is strong, and the cleaning effect is good, which can improve the filtering wind speed. Pulse cleaning is currently the most effective cleaning method for dust removal.
