負(fù)壓除塵器的除塵效果取決于十大因素，它們直接影響到了除塵器設(shè)備的凈化效果和使用壽命。

The dust removal effect of a negative pressure dust collector depends on ten major factors, which directly affect the purification effect and service life of the dust collector equipment.

(1)濾袋的選擇：濾袋應(yīng)選擇耐磨耐高溫的材質(zhì)，有玻纖布/氈、針刺氈、P84針刺氈等，考慮到濾袋的耐磨性、耐高溫以及費(fèi)用等因素。

(1) Selection of filter bags: The filter bags should be made of wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials, such as fiberglass cloth/felt, needle punched felt, P84 needle punched felt, etc., taking into account factors such as the wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and cost of the filter bags.

(2)溫度的控制：一般濾袋承受溫度為200 ℃，所以處理設(shè)施進(jìn)口溫度應(yīng)控制在200 ℃以下，通過管道后的煙氣到達(dá)除塵器箱體時(shí)，煙氣溫度都能降到200 ℃以下，特殊情況時(shí)，可進(jìn)行水冷，在總煙管處安裝冷卻器。

(2) Temperature control: Generally, the filter bag can withstand a temperature of 200 ℃, so the inlet temperature of the treatment facility should be controlled below 200 ℃. When the flue gas passing through the pipeline reaches the dust collector box, the flue gas temperature can be reduced to below 200 ℃. In special circumstances, water cooling can be carried out and a cooler can be installed at the main flue pipe.

(3)風(fēng)機(jī)選用：引風(fēng)機(jī)比送風(fēng)機(jī)效果好。

(3) Fan selection: Induced draft fan has better performance than forced draft fan.

(4)機(jī)械除塵比人工除塵方便、干凈，但機(jī)械除塵費(fèi)用較高，現(xiàn)大多采用負(fù)壓脈沖除塵法。

(4) Mechanical dust removal is more convenient and clean than manual dust removal, but the cost of mechanical dust removal is higher. Currently, negative pressure pulse dust removal method is mostly used.

(5)漏風(fēng)與阻力：理論上計(jì)算布袋除塵器除塵效率可以達(dá)到99%以上，主要影響因素有漏風(fēng)和阻力：漏風(fēng)率越低，除塵效果越好；阻力對(duì)除塵效果有一定影響，經(jīng)常清空濾袋，減少阻力，可提高除塵效果。

(5) Leakage and resistance: Theoretically, the dust removal efficiency of a bag filter can reach over 99%. The main influencing factors are air leakage and resistance: the lower the air leakage rate, the better the dust removal effect; Resistance has a certain impact on the dust removal effect. Regularly emptying the filter bag to reduce resistance can improve the dust removal effect.

(6)吸塵罩應(yīng)盡量接近粉塵源，使粉塵更容易進(jìn)入罩內(nèi)，提高收塵量，減少粉塵擴(kuò)散污染。

(6) The vacuum hood should be as close as possible to the dust source to make it easier for dust to enter the hood, increase dust collection, and reduce dust diffusion pollution.

(7)設(shè)備維護(hù)：儀器設(shè)備及布袋容易損壞應(yīng)及時(shí)維修和更換布袋。

(7) Equipment maintenance: Instruments, equipment, and cloth bags are prone to damage and should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner.

氣流速度：在1～3 m/s氣流速度下，除塵效果較佳，一般風(fēng)速控制在2～4 m/s。

Air flow velocity: At an air flow velocity of 1-3 m/s, the dust removal effect is better, and the general wind speed is controlled at 2-4 m/s.

(9)過濾面積：過濾面積越大，除塵效率越高，但造價(jià)會(huì)相應(yīng)提高。所以應(yīng)預(yù)先計(jì)算風(fēng)量，然后選擇相應(yīng)的除塵器設(shè)備型號(hào)。

(9) Filter area: The larger the filter area, the higher the dust removal efficiency, but the corresponding cost will increase. So the air volume should be calculated in advance, and then the corresponding dust collector equipment model should be selected.

(10)前置除塵：在除塵器設(shè)備箱體前裝沉降室，沉降室可除去一部分大顆粒粉塵，降低溫度，可以大大提升除塵器的除塵效率。

(10) Pre dust removal: Install a settling chamber in front of the dust collector equipment box, which can remove some large particle dust, reduce temperature, and greatly improve the dust removal efficiency of the dust collector.
