除塵設(shè)備的正壓:當(dāng)含塵氣體由風(fēng)機送入除塵設(shè)備的塵端,過濾后由凈端排入大氣。其主要特點是結(jié)構(gòu)不嚴(yán),對環(huán)境造成污染。由于凈化后的氣體直接排入大氣,因此對于連續(xù)操作的除塵設(shè)備各室,如因安裝需要,清灰的電動閥門放在個室內(nèi)塵端的進口支管上,支管從各室灰斗接入,由于熱煙氣進入,提高了灰斗內(nèi)的溫度,則各室塵端和灰斗之間應(yīng)互相嚴(yán)密隔開,這樣凈端_可以不設(shè)置隔板,煙氣直接從除塵設(shè)備的頂部排空即可,也可以引集中設(shè)置的高煙筒排氣,使煙氣中的有害氣體成分不于危害附近的環(huán)境。只有煙氣露點低于60℃,并且氣流分布均勻,無氣流停滯的死角時,才能采用這種形式,不然在寒冷地區(qū)除塵器的內(nèi)部將產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的凍結(jié)。除塵設(shè)備的外壁一般不保溫,嚴(yán)密性也要求不高,因此造價相對低一些。

Its main characteristic is its loose structure, which causes pollution to the environment. Due to the direct discharge of purified gas into the atmosphere, for continuous operation of dust removal equipment in each room, if necessary for installation, the electric valve for dust removal is placed on the inlet branch pipe of the indoor dust end, which is connected to the ash hopper in each room. Due to the entry of hot flue gas, the temperature inside the ash hopper is increased. Therefore, the dust ends of each room and the ash hopper should be tightly separated from each other. In this way, the net end can be left without partitions, and the flue gas can be directly discharged from the top of the dust removal equipment, or it can be led to the centralized high chimney for exhaust, so that the harmful gas components in the flue gas do not harm the surrounding environment. This form can only be used when the dew point of the flue gas is below 60 ℃, the airflow is evenly distributed, and there is no dead angle of airflow stagnation, otherwise serious freezing will occur inside the dust collector in cold areas. The outer wall of dust removal equipment is generally not insulated and does not require high tightness, so the cost is relatively low.
風(fēng)機易受磨損,因為風(fēng)機處于含塵一側(cè),當(dāng)氣流含塵濃度大時,塵粒粗而硬時,風(fēng)機易受磨損。由于除塵設(shè)備的內(nèi)部為正壓,含塵氣體必然從除塵設(shè)備的不嚴(yán)密的地方外溢。所以不易安裝在室內(nèi),也不易處理毒性大的含塵煙氣。但是它的經(jīng)濟性比較好,除塵設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)可以簡單一些,漏風(fēng)不影響使用效果,從而減少除塵設(shè)備的處理風(fēng)量,除塵設(shè)備較小。

除塵設(shè)備負(fù)壓的特點:要求除塵設(shè)備的外殼嚴(yán)格密封、承受負(fù)壓大、結(jié)構(gòu)強度高。吸入式布袋除塵器全部處于負(fù)壓狀態(tài)如結(jié)構(gòu)上漏風(fēng),勢必影響除塵設(shè)備的除塵效果,增加除塵設(shè)備的阻力,并將提高排風(fēng)機的負(fù)荷。處理露點溫度60℃以上的煙氣時,外殼及灰斗均應(yīng)保溫,漏斗內(nèi)設(shè)停風(fēng)加熱器,以免冷凝出水分,發(fā)生粘結(jié)腐蝕。風(fēng)機免收粉塵的磨損,壽命長,運行穩(wěn)定,含塵氣流不外溢,環(huán)境條件好。
The characteristics of negative pressure in dust removal equipment: the shell of the dust removal equipment is required to be strictly sealed, withstand high negative pressure, and have high structural strength. If the suction bag filter is in a negative pressure state and there is structural air leakage, it will inevitably affect the dust removal effect of the dust removal equipment, increase the resistance of the dust removal equipment, and increase the load of the exhaust fan. When dealing with flue gas with a dew point temperature above 60 ℃, the outer shell and ash hopper should be insulated, and a stop air heater should be installed inside the funnel to prevent condensation of water and the occurrence of adhesive corrosion. The fan is free from dust wear and tear, has a long service life, operates stably, and the dusty airflow does not overflow. The environmental conditions are good.
